The middle structure shows each chain of the complex in a different color. The left structure shows the alpha subunit in blue. The right structure shows the beta subunit in blue. The alpha and beta subunits comprise the T cell receptor (TCR). The other proteins in the complex include 2 copies of CD3 zeta, 2 copies of CD3 epsilon, 1 copy of CD3 delta, and 1 copy of CD3 gamma.
