Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), a deadly form of pancreatic cancer involves discrete changes in the pancreas from normal tissue to PanIN1, PanIN2, PanIN3, and finally PDAC. The left histology image shows normal tissue, PanIN1 tissue, and PanIN3 tissue. The right images shows PDAC. The images are stained for the expression of palladin.
