SIRT6 is a chromatin-modifying enzyme, SIRT7 is found in the nucleolus. SIRT1 is a chromatin-modifying enzyme that also shuttles from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, where it has multiple targets. SIRT2 is found in the cytoplasm. SIRT3, SIRT4, and SIRT5 are found in mitochondria.
